2. What You Are Buying
Love & Letters wedding websites are offered as set plans, plus bespoke projects by quote:
- Classic and Signature: a self-service wedding website built on one of our templates (currently Margot), which you set up yourself after purchase. The features included in each plan are described on our wedding website pages.
- Bespoke: a custom website designed with you, arranged separately by quote.
- Each purchase covers one wedding website for one couple.
3. Prices and Payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on our website and are payable in full at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Any discount or promotional codes are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Setting Up Your Website
- After payment you are taken to a private setup page, and we also email you the setup link so you can finish later if you need to.
- You choose your web address and set a guest password and an admin password. Keep these safe. They are stored securely and we cannot see them.
- You can change your passwords at any time from your dashboard using your current admin password. If you are completely locked out, contact us.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, venues and other content you add.
5. How Long Your Website Stays Live
We host your website around your wedding so you and your guests can use it when it matters:
- Your website stays live through your wedding day and for 3 months afterwards.
- About two weeks before it is taken down we email you a reminder so you can export your RSVP replies. You can download these as a CSV from your dashboard at any time.
- After that period the website is archived and is no longer available to view. Your guest list and RSVP details are then kept for one month before being permanently deleted, in line with our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
- If you would like your website to stay live for longer, contact us and we will do our best to arrange an extension.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Your wedding website is a digital service that is made available to you immediately after purchase.
- When you begin setting up your website, you agree to the service being provided straight away and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once setup has begun.
- We do not offer refunds once your website has been set up.
- If you have paid but not yet set up your website, please contact us and we will consider a refund at our discretion.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Your Responsibilities
- You must have the right to use and share any content and guest information you add to your website.
